CIROA Returns & Refunds Policy

We know things don’t always go to plan, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help!

In short:

We offer refunds or replacements for any faulty or damaged products within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns for change of mind. If you need support, reach out, we’ve got you.

The Details:

Change of Mind

Our products are made to love and we stand by their quality. Because of this (and hygiene reasons), we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or personal circumstances. Choose wisely, you beautiful thing!

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or not quite up to our usual standard, please email us at hello@ciroabeauty.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. No stress, no fuss.

Shipping Costs

We don’t cover the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrect. If you are returning an item, we recommend using tracked shipping as we aren’t responsible for lost or damaged parcels in transit.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once we’ve received and processed your return. You’ll get a confirmation email, and your bank should process the refund within 3–5 business days.

Responsibility Once Shipped

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it’s in your hands. If you've selected authority to leave, please make sure it's a safe spot as we can’t be held responsible for missing parcels after delivery.
