At the moment, we ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.
As a guide, Australian standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. New Zealand standard delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
My tracking number is not working. What should I do?
Sometimes tracking links take a little time to activate after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 1 to 2 hours for the courier tracking to update. If it still is not working after that, please email us and we can help look into it.

Yes, it may still be a genuine Ciroa product.
Some Ciroa products are made for specific retailers, limited edition ranges or selected markets, which means they may not always be available on our website.
If you are looking for a specific product, please email us with the product name and a photo if you have one. We can help confirm whether it is part of the Ciroa range and let you know if it is available online.

Why is a product not available online?
Some products are limited edition, exclusive to selected retailers, part of a previous range or not currently stocked online.
If you cannot find the product you are looking for, please email us and we will help check availability.

Do your products smell like perfume?
Our products are designed to feel scent-led and sensorial, with fragrances inspired by fruity, gourmand and skin-loving body care rituals.
For a stronger scent experience, we recommend layering your routine with matching products, such as shower gel, body scrub, body butter, perfume bodycare mist and shimmer oil.
How do I make the scent last longer?
Layer your scent from shower to finish.
Start with shower gel, exfoliate with body scrub, moisturise with body butter, then finish with perfume bodycare mist or shimmer oil.
For best results, apply body butter or shimmer oil to slightly damp skin after showering, then mist over the top.
Product Usage
What order should I use Ciroa products in?
For the full scent-a-licious routine, use:
- Cleanse with shower gel
- Scrub with body scrub 2 to 3 times per week
- Hydrate with body butter
- Mist with perfume bodycare mist
- Shimmer with shimmer body oil or shimmer stick
- Travel with your minis or travel set when you are on the go
You can use the full routine or mix and match depending on your skin, scent mood and glow goals.
How often should I use the body scrub?
We recommend using body scrub 2 to 3 times per week.
Massage gently onto wet skin, then rinse well. Follow with body butter to keep skin feeling soft, smooth and hydrated.
My body scrub feels too hard. Is this normal?
Yes, this can be normal.
Our body scrubs are packed with salt and sugar crystals, so they can feel firm, especially in cooler weather.
Add water in the shower and massage the scrub between your hands or onto damp skin. Warmth, water and movement help soften the texture and activate the scrub into a smoother paste.
The crystals are just doing their thing.
How do I soften my body scrub?
Use the scrub in the shower with warm water.
Scoop out a small amount, add water, then massage it gently between your hands or directly onto damp skin. The warmth and movement will help soften the formula.
Can I use the body scrub on dry skin?
We recommend using Ciroa body scrubs on wet or damp skin.
The water helps soften the scrub and makes it easier to massage across the skin. Using it dry may feel too intense for some skin types.
Can I use body scrub every day?
We recommend using body scrub 2 to 3 times per week rather than every day.
Over-exfoliating can leave skin feeling sensitive. For daily hydration, use your body butter after showering.
What is the difference between shower gel and body scrub?
Shower gel is your daily cleanse.
Body scrub is your exfoliating step. It helps buff away dry or rough-feeling skin and leaves skin feeling soft and smooth.
For the best routine, cleanse first, then scrub 2 to 3 times per week, then hydrate with body butter.
What is the difference between body butter and shimmer body oil?
Body butter is your rich moisturising step. It helps leave skin feeling soft, hydrated and smooth.
Shimmer body oil is your finishing glow step. It adds a luminous shimmer while helping skin look glossy and radiant.
You can use them together. Apply body butter first, then layer shimmer oil on top.
What is a perfume bodycare mist?
Our perfume bodycare mists are a lighter fragrance step designed for body care layering.
They are perfect for refreshing your scent throughout the day or finishing your shower routine with a little extra deliciousness.
Are perfume bodycare mists as strong as perfume?
No, they are not designed to be as strong as traditional perfume.
Our perfume bodycare mists are made to feel lighter, softer and easy to reapply. They are best used as part of a layered body care routine.
Can I layer different Ciroa scents together?
Yes. You can match one scent across your full routine or mix scents to create your own combination.

Are Ciroa products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are made with skin-loving ingredients and many customers with sensitive skin enjoy using them.
That said, everyone’s skin is different. We always recommend doing a small patch test before full use, especially if your skin is sensitive or reactive.
Can I use Ciroa products if I have eczema?
If you have eczema or a skin condition, we recommend checking with your GP, dermatologist or healthcare professional before use.
Everyone’s skin is different, so a patch test is also recommended before applying any new product more widely.
Are Ciroa products suitable for teenagers?
Yes, our body care products are suitable for teens and young skin.
If the customer has sensitive skin or specific skin concerns, we recommend patch testing first.
Can I use Ciroa products while pregnant?
Our products are generally considered suitable for body care use, but pregnancy is personal and everyone’s circumstances are different.
We recommend checking with your doctor, midwife or healthcare professional before using any new products during pregnancy.
Do I need to patch test?
Yes, we recommend patch testing before using any new body care product.
Apply a small amount to a small area of skin and wait 24 hours. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Do your products contain shimmer?
Selected Ciroa products contain shimmer, including shimmer shower gels, shimmer body oils, shimmer glow butters and shimmer body sticks.
Not every product contains shimmer. Body scrubs and regular body butters do not all have shimmer, so please check the product page before purchasing.
Does shimmer wash off?
Shimmer products are designed to give skin a luminous glow.
Shimmer may transfer lightly onto clothing or fabrics, especially if applied generously. We recommend allowing shimmer oils and butters to absorb before getting dressed.
